In their own words

The handbrake is not very good and I have to pull it up to the last notch to hold the car on an incline. Took it back to the dealers and they said it was fine. The whole car pulls to the left so to keep in in a straight line you have to put pressure on the right side of the steering wheel. Took it back to the dealer and they said was that the tracking needed adjustment. We had this done (which I had to pay for) and it has made no difference. The touch screen is really slow to respond and had to be replaced after less than 3 months when it failed and without it the car is useless as it controls nearly everything. The car is now less that 18 months old with only 9,000 miles on it and once again the touch screen has failed. The Sat Nav is rubbish as you cant put in a post code making it difficult to use. The engine auto off is far too sensitive. If you stop for longer than about 0.5 of a second it cuts out which is ridiculous and in my opinion dangerous as you go to pull away at a junction and it is messing about trying to restart the engine. Even trying to park the car going backwards and forwards the engine is constantly cutting out which also stops the power steering working.
