I couldn't care less. People who care about their image buy BMWs.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone who rides in it loves it. Several people have said it is like a Bentley in the back. Not many people know what it is however it always attracts comments.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, if I could get a late 3.0 HDi.

What are you likely to buy next?

I will keep the Citroen until it expires, and then probably something like a Volvo as there are no big French cars left.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I was happy with the deal. A great deal of car for the money.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

To replace stolen Peugeot 607.

What was the dealer like?

Excellent, although we did not discover that the radio did not work until a day or so after collecting the car. The dealer came to pick the car up and loaned us a C5 while they replaced the audio unit.

What's it like to drive?

Magnificent to drive. Smooth, silent and superbly comfortable, the C6 makes all German rivals feel unrefined and harsh. It's not a sports car, but then I'm not Lewis Hamilton, and it rewards a relaxed driving style like no other car I've ever encountered. Every journey feels like an occasion, the car feels special, like a big Citroen should.

What's it like to park?

Well it's 5 metres long, what do you think? Parking sensors help, but I have only once taken it to a multi-storey car park.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Other then the radio, nothing has gone wrong with it. I've been delighted with the reliability.

What's most practical about your car?

It is ideal transport for 4 people crossing Europe. Acres of space and a superb cruiser.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Parking sensors essential in a car this big. HUD very useful and lane departure system excellent. Love the voice-activation too.
