Volvo has increased the desirability of the XC60 4x4 with the introduction of R-Design models.

As well as a sports styling kit, the R-Design also adds sharper driving characteristics.

Styling features include brushed metal-look door mirror housings, 18-inch alloy wheels (20 inches optional), twin chrome finished exhaust pipes and the lower section of the car is body coloured rather than matte plastic.

Inside there is leather trim for the seats in two colour combinations and other R-Design styling features.

While the R-Design models maintain the same ground clearance as other versions, the chassis settings have been stiffened and the steering feels more direct.

Volvo's R-Design models have been successful since they were launched in 2007 and offer improved resale values over other versions.
