Renault drivers are to receive a better service from dealerships after a shake-up of the company's fleet services department.

As part of a swingeing revamp of Renault Corporate, which becomes known as Renault Business, the manufacturer will ensure that company car drivers in a Renault receive a much improved level of customer service.

This includes the provision of a replacement car or van if your car is recovered from the roadside, or if parts to repair are unavailable for longer than 24 hours. A car or van will also be provided if a repair involves warranty work taking more than three hours.

Renault has also enhanced its roadside assistance offering from two to three years, while items such as screenwash, wiper blades and light bulbs will be fitted for free during a service.

Renault has also promised to cut service booking lead times, while two-hour 'Pit Stop' services will be offered for routine service and maintenance visits.

And while drivers are waiting for their car or van to be serviced, they will be able to enjoy free Wifi access across the dealer network.

Drivers can also opt for a free collection and delivery service, within a 20-mile radius, while all vehicles will be given a free wash and vacuum.

Also being offered is the Renault Accident Support Line which gives help and advice in the event of an accident.
