Keyless entry
Keyless entry allows the driver to access the cabin without needing to manually unlock the door.
When both the sensors within the car and the key fob are close to each other, they communicate and the doors are opened. When the driver gets in, the key fob is again automatically sensed and the ignition can be started by pressing a button.
The driver can have key in their pocket, walk up to the car - which automatically senses the key and opens the doors – get in and drive away without ever needing to get the key out of their pocket.
