Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Bought this i40 tourer due to an exceptionally keen price which was over £5000 off rrp. Apart from the two issues above the vehicle is well equipped with heated seats, heated steering well, dual air con, sat nav and can seat five six foot adults plus good boot space. The economy is around 50 mpg and the car is comfortable to drive with good ride quality over varied surfaces. It is comparable to my old Mazda 6 and was £10000 cheaper to buy than a new Mazda 6 tourer.

How reliable do you find the car?

A major part of purchasing this vehicle was the five year warranty which hopefully I will not need.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

The car has been a joy to own. Only too small niggles. Firstly I wish the cabin temperature stayed on the infotainment screen rather than disappear. The temperature often did not appear on the screen when the car was started in the morning but software update cured this. The second irritation is the audio presets do not stay on the screen. You have to go through the functions each time. This is particularly awkward when the DAB has 24 stations.
