I've never bought the same type of car twice even when I've had one I liked, but if the newer model has better handling then I would be tempted.

What's it like to drive?

Very easy to drive. All the switchgear is in exactly the right place and easy to reach and operate (except the trip computer, which is a stretch). Engine is responsive with plenty of power for overtaking and getting up hills. It's comfortable on long journeys and there's plenty of space for four adults and a bootful of luggage. Handling is adequate but not great – if you like to push hard on twisty roads then that's this car's biggest let-down – the steering lacks conviction and you will quickly lose the front end to understeer, particularly on wet or uneven roads.

What's it like to park?

Dead easy to park. A high driving position, narrow pillars all round and very light steering at low speed make it a doddle.

Not yet!

What's most practical about your car?

Very easy to drive and park, great driving position.

CD player takes MP3 CDs.
