    No, but I would consider a Mazda 3 diesel. They just work with little hassle.

    Did you get a good deal and why?

    Yes, this model was not sought after when I bought it. Fuel was cheaper then.

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    I wanted a reliable car, big enough to fit a medium size dog in the boot and good economy.

    What was the dealer like?

    They were okay. Didn't rip me off or cause problems.

    What's it like to drive?

    Steady, but ride is a little firm. Torque is limited in first three gears, but pulls very well in forth. Fifth has very long ratio for cruising.

    What's it like to park?

    Fairly easy, but my wife managed to hit the house once.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Rear wheel bearing failed. Front calipers stick on. Rear calipers needed yearly disassembly and reassembly. Rust on the rear arches before 5 year warrenty up, but Mazada refused to pay anything.

    What's most practical about your car?

    Quite big inside compared to Golf or Astra.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    Front passenger seat folds flat. Great when kids on the rear seat and want to see out the front.
