What does this car say about you?

I buy a car because it is involving to drive and because I like the look of it. I have old mens cars, Asbo cars and hairdressers cars in the opinion of others and I have enjoyed the majority of them. I have never bought a car because of what it says about me or what other people think.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The over whelming reaction is that the RCZ is a very pretty car.

Would you buy this car again and why?

A little early to say it needs to prove that it is a reliable car over a period of time. Right now the answer is yes I would it is a very enjoyable car to drive, whether I am in a mellow mood and want quiet comfortable cruise or I am feeling like giving my favourite bit of twisting A road a run for its money and listening to the great exhaust note. The only downside is the rear seats are more of a large parcel shelf but this is not an issue for me.

What are you likely to buy next?

I would have to say an RCZ, I am tempted by the Scirocco but in my eyes is not as pretty as the Peugeot and the interior is not as well appointed.

    What's it like to drive?

The RCZ has the ability to make every drive feel like a little bit of an occasion. The interior has a quality feel with the leather seat option and the leather lined dash and low set seating position make it a nice place to be. The 200BHP engine performs well and has a Jekyll and Hyde personality, smooth and quiet when cruising, it thrives on revs and when pushed the exhaust note changes and delivers a sports car sound track. The sharpened steering geometry on the GT spec 200 BHP car makes it a great handling car but it would be better if the spoiler was fully deployed at lower speeds. The car can feel a little skittish above 70 mph and below the 90 mph when the spoiler moves from the half up to the fully deployed position, of course this is not an issue on the road.

    What's it like to park?

Parking sensors all round make it an easy car to park and the large double bubble rear screen offers excellent rear visibility. The large roof pillars do however limit visibility to the sides.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No issues as yet, the car has behaved perfectly.

What's most practical about your car?

The front seats offer masses of leg room and are superbly comfortable and the boot is spacious with the rear seats down it is huge for a sports coupe.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The stereo upgrade gives a great sound and I like the satin black wheels.
