Driver and passenger airbags; side impact beams and a strong lightweight bodyshell; no Euro NCAP test yet. Immobiliser, deadlocks and central locking; could be improved for urban living.
The seats fold (although not totally flat) for van-like levels of interior space. The boot is easy to load, as the sill is close to the floor.
