Low running costs, good interior quality

Early 2.5-litre diesel on the slow side

Looks much more striking, more car-like to drive, good value

New diesel engine isn’t particularly smooth, old accessories won’t fit

Good to drive, tough workhorse, large number of dealerships, avaiable as a tipper

Other pick-ups are more refined and better to drive
