In their own words

Absolutely loved this car. The intellilink system with apple CarPlay works well and completely removes the need for a satnav in my experience. The heated seats and steering wheel in this model were great though the seats did lack some support on longer journeys. The engine pulled well but did have flat spots which felt like the engine was missing at times though vauxhall insisted that there was nothing wrong with it. I got the car in a lovely bright red which always made me smile when I looked at it. The handling on this model compared to its predecessor is a million times better and it feels like you are safely planted on the road rather than praying you'll make it through to the other side of the bend alive! The lack of parking sensors is inconvenient considering the car feels pretty big and sometimes quite tricky to park with some bad blindspots. The car was returning mid to high 40mpg and did make it up to low 50s on a long motorway run. Sadly I swapped the Astra for a diesel Mokka X as the fuel costs were too much when doing 15000+ miles per year. I would definitely have another in the future perhaps with a Diesel engine next time.
