Definitely, easily the best car I've ever driven by a country mile. Fast, smooth, fairly economical and very refined.

Golf GTi funnily enough.

Iconic image.

What was the dealer like?

Excellent, third VW I've bought from this dealer (Barnett's, Dundee). Salesman was courteous and I was able to test drive all models that I wanted to and no pressure was put on me (unlike some dealers in my native Aberdeen).

What's it like to drive?

Handling is extremely good as is the performance. However, can be civilised as well when required.

What's it like to park?

Very easy with parking sensors all round.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No

What's most practical about your car?

The fact that it's very quick when you want it to be and very smooth and refined if you want as well, very versatile.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Adaptive Cruise Control and Electronic Parking Brake.
