The last Polo saloon offered no surprises. The range includes an efficient turbo diesel as well as tried and tested 1.0, 1.4 and 1.9 diesel engines. Polo doesn’t grab the eye, but its probably the ultimate quality supermini – safe, economical, easy to drive and long lasting.
