What does this car say about you?

I'm colour blind and not afraid to clean the inside of my car on a regular basis.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They can't believe anyone could run into the back of a metallic orange car. They can't believe it was virtually unscathed.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Never had the same model twice having owned about 20+ cars, so no on that basis.

What are you likely to buy next?

One where the interior isn't beige.

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Independent

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £8,750

When did you buy the car?

    July 2014

Did you get a good deal and why?

Cheapest comparable V60 in the country at the time. Probably because it was metallic orange with a beige interior!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Always fancied an estate, but always felt most lacked style. Too scared to buy an Alfa and couldn't bear the image that comes with being a BMW or Audi driver.

    What was the dealer like?

Car supermarket, so not a clue.

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Nippy for a 1.6 diesel, pulls nicely in 2nd, though feels a bit busy using gears in town as a 6 speed. Solidly placed on road and feels like a saloon or hatchback.

    What's it like to park?

That's down to the driver not the car!

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

So far so good. Rear ended at lights with my handbrake on by a git in a 12 yr old Merc. His? Write off. Mine? Bumper and exhaust repair!

What's most practical about your car?

Er, not the beige interior. Stop start engine in traffic.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

It's a basic model but intuative controls. Auto release parking break is nice.
