What does this car say about you?

That I have class and like refinement in my drive. Yes it is a diesel, but a 2 litre with 160bhp and still does 0-60 in well under 8 seconds so doesn't hang around.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all really like it. Not had a negative comment by anyonesaid about it, which I think is a first for any car I have owned!

Would you buy this car again and why?

I wouldn't, but only for the reason I never buy the same make and model twice in a row as I like a change..... having said that I won't be looking to change any time soon that's for sure!

What are you likely to buy next?

I'm actually not sure for the first time. I have always had sports cars in the past (Impreza, Fiat Coupe 20v turbo etc) but now with the performance this gives with economy I have never experienced I don't see me coming away from diesel, or BMW! Ummmm.... Maybe a BMW 3 series 330D?

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes I got a good deal. The car had low mileage and is top spec with the idrive, heated leather sport seats, bluetooth, cruise control, pop up screen with sat nav etc so got this about £1200 below book price.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Wanted to step into the ownership of BMWs and wanted a diesel.

What was the dealer like?

Didn't buy from a dealer. Seller was very pleasant though!

What's it like to drive?

A pleasure! I drive BMWs at work and have always loved the comfort and drive they give. A very comfortable smooth ride given consistently. Being a rear wheel drive is much nicer and my preference, however she did struggle a lot in the snow (then again I think most cars did!)

What's it like to park?

The easiest car I have ever had to park, probably owing to the fact the idrive gives a picture of the car when I select reverse and also has reversing sensors! Having said that I don't like to reply 100% on any technology and visibility is excellent all round when parking.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nope.

What's most practical about your car?

It is a nice size for city use giving a great level of refinement and comfort, yet gives plenty of room inside for day to day use.
