Has been a pleasure to own. Bought from main dealer with 9K miles. Routine servicing every 16000 miles, fuel consumption easily gets to 60+mpg on longer trips, and averages around 50 in town. Quiet and plenty quick enough given its efficiency focus. Bought winter tyres which have been very worthwhile in Scotland and was easier in the snow than our XC90. 2012 model much improved over the previous generation and the dealer service is worth the extra. Another MOT just done at 72K with no advisories. 1 set of pads & discs required at about 60K, so a really low cost vehicle, and the £0 road tax is a bonus.
How reliable do you find the car?
So in 70000 miles the only additional work has been for the drivers electric window, didn't fail but was getting noisy so thought it best to replace, and a wheel bearing, probably due to Edinburgh potholes....About their car
