BMW 2-Series Coupe (2014 - 2021) 228i M Sport 2d Owner Review

I have previously written a good review for the 2 series giving a 5 star review but after owning for 2 years I have completely changed my mind about this car. I have had constant issues with an extremely stiff and slow gear shifter/gearbox paired with a engine with turbo lag under 2000 rpm that makes the car hard , clunky and stressfull to drive in town traffic. It is so bad it outweighs all the positive aspects of the car. I have had the car in at the garage 3 times. I have bought a service pack with the car which does not help at all with this issue. The garage at which I bought it from brand new are refusing to admit fault with the car. I will not buy another BMW.
