Value
Costs a bit more than most of the competition, but retains more. Worth every penny, though!
Costs
Not too bad. I'm a fairly high miles driver, so I'd expect some costs. £70 for an oil service and £220 for and inspection II, but no worse than Citroen or Honda, for example.

Fantastic fun to drive. BMWs really are the Ultimate Driving Machine, with the emphasis on Driving!
Performance
Only a 1.9, but 140bhp is good. Not the quickest 0-60, but at 50mph+ on motorway it leaves many bigger cars behind.

Had the rough idle problem fixed under warranty. No other problems.

M-Tech suspension can get a bit bumpy, but the fantastic leather interior smooths it out!
