Summary
What does this car say about you?
It makes me feel a bit special as BMW make quality cars. Suppose some people may think I've got money but actually the car was very affordable and inexpensive to buy.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like it and bright red sets it off. Bit different from the company silvers that go about.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I would def consider a newer 3 series as I like this and I'm getting used to driving a classy car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Options are BMW 3 series, Audi A5 or Audi A4.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Trade in wasn't the best offer but the price of the vehicle and repair work required it wasn't all the bad.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Great price and low miles. My Mazda 6 was getting faults and required a reliable car for my new job.
What was the dealer like?
Friendly & helpful. A few horror stories circulating about the dealer which may have put me off but have found out the ownership has changed. Good news is he has a contact at the local BMW garage and trade in they get older than 5yrs old get passed to him as they are too old for their forecourt. Some cracking cars.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Never had a rear wheel drive car before so steering took a while to get used to. Motorway driving was great.
What's it like to park?
Sensors make parking easy and for a reasonably sized car it fits into most spaces without effort.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Timing Chain after only 3 weeks and that's it. The rest has been usual wear and year stuff.
What's most practical about your car?
Decent size boot, quality looking car, not too bad with petrol running costs and ideal size for my 4 person family.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
I fitted a Parrot Hands Free kit which finishes it off. Best option on the car was the rear parking sensors. Never had these before and it's a god send when reversing.
