definately recommend it. I'd love to try the E93 touring. as for diesel - i've been converted to life.

small garage specialising in BMW. I was able to bargain the price down a little and also get upgrade the alloys.

reliable, space

What was the dealer like?

small garage specialising in BMW. lovely guy, not pushy, let me go on an extensive test drive including motorway which was perfect.

What's it like to drive?

as you'd expect from a BMW - the rear wheel drive, the ridgid chasis, tight suspension, and responsive stearing make it an absolute dream to drive. the 2.0L deisel does the job, but on rare occasions feels a little underpowered for such a driver focussed car.

What's it like to park?

no problems due to excellent rear visability, a wide rear view mirror, convex side mirrors and parking sensor.

Have you had any problems with the car?

in almost two years: central control module (windows playing up), voltage regulator for fans (common problem in 3 series), front off side suspension, air mass regulator, the rear washer jet became unconnected from pipe.

What's most practical about your car?

its not as big as a traditional estate, but i've never been caught short on space. used the car for holidays in the UK, wheh it easily seats 4 adults and all the luggage. also useful for lugging home/garden improvements.
