Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I'm 50 and a petrol head and had many makes and models of car. My 645ci is one of the best and every day puts a smile on my face. She's the sort of car you look back at as you walk away in a car park and usually nothing else comes close.

How reliable do you find the car?

After test driving the car very thoroughly , I purchased it for £5,600 with 106,000 miles and full history. An awesome car for the money and was chuffed. Within 1,500 miles a smell of burning oil was coming into the cabin and could be noted outside. Problem was rocker cover gaskets leaking, upon further inspection in addition 2 of the coil pack tubes had holes and cracking, allowing oil to leak around the spark plugs. Repair cost using BMW parts but my own mechanic £2,000. Crank sensor failure £500 fitted. Timing chain cover gaskets now leaking, which ruined the alternator, £700 fitted. Secondary air injection pump failure, parts just ordered £400. Washer bottle pumps to windscreen and headlights failed. Constant bells and whistles, I dread the next warning and how much it will cost.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

I still love the car aside from the repairs after only putting 2,000 miles on her since ownership. Outstanding performance and looks. It's a real shame I've had so many faults. Realistically I am disappointed with the reliability but owning this beauty by far out ways that. As for question 8, yes I would recommend but keep a little bit of cash aside just in case of repairs.
