Would you buy this car again and why?
No. Having been a lifetime Citroen owner I feel let down by Head Office as neither the Customer department nor the MD bothered to respond to my letters asking for a proper test of my auto box or at least to test another version. My local dealer has looked at it twice but then failed to act on one of the service managers drive it home like they said they would at the last service instead of just hooking up to a diagnostic machine again.
What are you likely to buy next?
Good question, Peugeot top of list but only if the same auto box in their cars proves mine had a fault.

Citroen fan and had a 2013 C4.

Dealer was at least as you'd expect, kept in touch when needed.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Citroen suspension so lovely and soft, a little body lean but I don't speed round corners. However, the auto box is the worst auto I've driven (of course, no test models available). You don't just notice the gear changes you feel them which is wrong for a torque converter. Down changes have a very noticeable braking effect, you can feel the engine trying to slow the car, which is made worse when you're braking at the same time. Up changes can be felt too.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes. New driver's window regulator, steering column replaced, audio system update (kept switching off), 'popping' sound in driver's door after rain or car wash (dealer cannot locate). Passenger window now making 'creaking' sounds after lowering.
What's most practical about your car?
Ordinary family care so nothing outstanding.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Nothing new for me but have just joined the iPod generation so great to have all my CDs with me!
