DS 3 (2015 - 2019) 1.2 PureTech Elegance 3d Owner Review

I picked the car up with 5 miles in the clock and did 24000 over 2 years- no real problems what so ever. Would happily sit on to motorway at 70mph and was reasonably quiet. Room in the back was fine for the kids for the most part but was getting tight for the eldest (9) in the last few months we had the car. Adults would be ok in the back for short journeys. The interior was really nice for the value of the car, the infotainment screen is an ok size and responsive but fairly basic, but plug in a smartphone and it works great with the satnav. I did have the problem that when the phone was left plugged in and the car restarted the screen would remain blank a simple unplug and plug back in would sort it out. Seats are really supportive and comfortable. The glove box is useless though, not even big enough for the manual, this is because of the fuse box that’s in there, and there are no cup holders in the front (one in the back) both of which I found odd. The boot is ok for the size of the car- big enough for a couple of cabin bags. I was really impressed with the car for the 2 years I’d always vowed to never buy a French car! The main reason for changing was because we needed more room as the children were growing up and needed more room plus wanting a more premium car.
