Fiat 500 Hatchback 0.9 TwinAir 3d Dualogic Owner Review

This is a car that puts a smile on your face! Full of character and charm and easy to drive and park.The auto box works ok though not as smooth as a torque converter and i had a couple of occasions when car failed to start as it would not select neutral so the starter would not operate.The handling is ok and plenty of grip and little body lean.The ride is rather unsettled on all but the smoothest roads with a constant jiggling and thumping from the suspension.Sound system very good for a small car and no probs with heating and ventilation(except for failure of a/c compressor)Easy to see out of and park and the door mirrors are the best size and shape i have ever used(no worries about anything in your blind spot)4 adults can fit in providing the front seats are not too far back though you probably wouldn`t want to go too far! Fuel economy is not bad just under 50mpg though the eco button on the dash makes little difference since it strangles the engine and you end up using more throttle to compensate.Twin air engine thrums nicely and not an unpleasant noise and doesn`t get much louder as speed builds up(not really any louder at 80 than at 40) Overall a pleasant fun car that always puts a smile on your face though i have some concerns about long term durability
