    What does this car say about you?

    I am a non-sterotype great granny and my car is as individual as I am.

    What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

    I think they were amused at first but after 10 years begin to see what a good value vehicle she has been.

    Would you buy this car again and why?

    Absolutely, Initial outlay approx £6.000 divided by nearly 10 years ! So much fun for £600 per annum.

    What are you likely to buy next?

    None, I think she's irreplacable.and have not seen even a new model in this price range with the same facilities.I understand that this Fiat electric sunroof model is fairly unusal, but I doubt that this would be reflected in the trade in price !

    Did you get a good deal and why?

    Yes I got a good deal on the trade-in and, as I knew she was going to be mine I could resist the salesman's ploys saying that someone else would buy her if I did'nt close the deal [She was a one-off].

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    I fell in love with her on sight, although I was not intending to change my Cinquecento.

    What was the dealer like?

    Pretty tolerant really, considering that I gave him a really hard time.

    What's it like to drive?

    My little car fits arouhd me like a second skin, we are as one! Although her engine is tiny she is fairly nippy if I use the gears, and motorway drivmg is not a problem.

    What's it like to park?

    A doddle.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Over the 10 years only the usual bits and pieces, brake pipe, exhaust, new battery clutch cable. Last Autumn had to have new cyinder head gasket over £500 but £377 of this was paid by my new used car warranty so that did'nt hurt too much!

    What's most practical about your car?

    Ease of parking,aforementioned electric sunroof [ my very own air-con] and electric windows.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    The non-leaking full length electric sunroof, and electric tinted windows.With back seat down she is a small van and with sunroof open she can transport tall awkward items such small garden trees, and 9 rolls of roof insulation to name but two.
