In their own words

This is an update on a previous review now after over a year of ownership. First the good, the car is great to drive, comfortable once you get used to the firm suspension, economical providing you don’t stand on the accelerometer too hard and also has a surprising amount of space inside for a small car. Now the not so good, after six months of ownership had an intermittent problem selecting engine modes, I was told by the main dealer that this was due to engine oil viscosity ! So hopefully this has been fixed now it has had its first service, the worst problem was at just over twelve months old when the car would not start ! Ignition on, no warning lights but engine not turning, finally started after 5 minutes of trying different things so only time will tell if this is just a glitch but not what I’d expect from a car just over 12 months old. Purchased a Ford service plan only to find that my local dealer would not except it and that I had to drive over 20 miles ( instead of 2 to the local dealer ) to get a service, wished I known before I spent my money on it that I was only able to use it at a few dealers. Hope someone from ‘Ford’ is reading this and can explain why a Ford service plan can’t be used at ALL Ford dealerships. To sum up, a great car......with flaws ! Would I buy the same again ?........
