Costs
The diesel engine is good around town, but high costs of diesel do not really make it any better than your average 1.8/2.0 petrol engine on a long haul at reasonable speed.

Driving
Good all round, is quite responsive for the size of the engine, but not amazing in higher gears.
Performance
Will hold it's own around town and on the motorway, but will not wow anyone.

No problems with reliability - it had only done 3500 miles

Not bad to look at. I felt I was driving a modern car with a good image and fairly good looks.
Comfort
Very high front seats with little adjustment for front seat passenger in lower range model. Left the car after only a one hundred mile drive feeling rather uncomfortable and glad to get out.
