In their own words

A brilliant car to drive. It handles very well and at the same time it is smooth and refined at higher speeds. The engine is fantastic and pulls strongly, it is really quiet and on long runs the economy is good for a petrol (low to mid 40s). The fuel economy does decrease for town driving. The Zetec S trim does not have a great deal of standard equipment, with wind up rear windows and no cruise control. However, the sound system is great, the air conditioning is excellent, the seats very comfy and the car has good headlights. The boot is rather small for the size of car but it does have a spare. Servicing costs have been reasonable at the local ford dealer, and over two years of ownership the car has had one fault so far : a noisy clutch spring. This was quickly replaced under warranty and the clutch master cylinder was also replaced as a cautionary measure. The dealer service has been friendly and efficient.
