Been in and out of ford dealership too many times to count. I can't wait to replace the car. I have had numerous Focuses in the past but I will never buy a ford again after this dreadful experience. If you buy one, get a manual or the ST which has a different automatic box.

How reliable do you find the car?

Steer clear of the automatic transmission. I can sometimes wait 10-15 seconds for it to find reverse
