    March 2013

Did you get a good deal and why?

Its a company car, so this isn't really relevant.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I have 3 ids all in car seats so was looking for something spaceous with a decent sized boot. The sliding doors and walk through cabin made the difference for us.

    What was the dealer like?

  • Driving it

    What's it like to drive?

Good. For a large, heavy car it drives well and handles like a normal sized hatch back. Much more responsive and sharp to drive than the Touran which I was also considering. Fuel figures do not match what I expected. I average around 45mpg but for a big heavy car, its not too bad. Same as I was getting from my old 1.6 TDCI C Max.

    What's it like to park?

Piece of cake. Visibility is good and rear parking sensors as standard.

Have you had any problems with the car?

I get a warning light from time to time to do with the electric child locks, but easily solved by turning them on and back off. I'll get it fixed at the first service.

What's most practical about your car?

Sliding doors and fold away seats in the middle row.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Sliding doors make life soooo much easier getting the kids in and out in car parks.
