  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Engine is really good and never struggles, even on hills or fully loaded (haven't done a hill fully loaded yet). It ticks over at 3000 rpm at 100 mph, and you have to be doing at least 90 on the motorway before the engine noise is noticeable. Very smooth ride and not unwieldly around town either.

    What's it like to park?

Like all saloons the rear end is difficult to judge, so parking sensors are very useful. The bonnet is quite long too. That said I have no problems getting into either supermarket bays or parallel parking.

  • Living with it

    5 out of 5 5.0

Have you had any problems with the car?

Brought it on 82 k, now done 94 k. In that time the only that went wrong was the engine cut out at 60 mph. It transpired that this was down to it being serviced 3 weeks before by an independent who used an incorrect fuel filter. ALWAYS USE THE BOSCH FUEL FILTER.

What's most practical about your car?

Parking Sensors, Cruise Control, Remote Boot opener, folding rear seats and I do like the centre storage that doubles as an armrest.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    Heated seats and cruise control.
