Honda Civic Hatchback boot space, practicality and safety
2000 - 2005
(change model)
Driver, passenger and side airbags, plus ABS. No traction control, though. Deadlocks are strong and there’s an alarm/immobiliser as standard. Euro NCAP awarded a respectable four-star safety rating.
Plenty of cubby holes and smart storage. Luggage space in the boot is excellent too and all cars have split-folding rear seats. Space for odds and ends between the two front seats – where the gearstick would normally be.
