What does this car say about you?

It is red so polarises opinion. Some love the design and looks but others may think it too flashy. Don't know what that says about me.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They like its practicality and design. Some struggle to find the rear door handles!

Would you buy this car again and why?

I would have another Honda without hesitation as I value the reliability.

Possible the new model Civic or maybe a Seat Exeo.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Bought from a car supermarket. Hassle free and good value but you need to know what you want.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Specification and Honda's reputation for reliability.

What was the dealer like?

Very easy to deal with. Got annoyed by them trying to sell car wax treatments as an add on but they were not pushy.

What's it like to drive?

Its quite sporty. The ride is fairly firm but that means it handles well. It has a great diesel engine. I get 45mpg in mixed driving. Downsides are road noise on motorway and the rear spoiler which impedes the rear view a bit.

What's it like to park?

Its fairly compact so not a problem really but there are over the shoulder blind spots and I would not want one without parking sensors due to the rear visibility.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The car needed a clutch and dual mass flywheel at 125,000 miles but has needed nothing but consumables otherwise. Doesn't use oil, and everything still works perfectly at 130,000 miles. Just passed an MOT with no advisories too.

What's most practical about your car?

Lots of space and versatility. "Magic" flip up seats are handy.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The parking sensors are pretty much essential on this model due to limited rear visibility. Heated seats are lovely on cold mornings.
