Other Honda Civic (1995 - 2001) models:

  • Summary

    5 out of 5 5.0

What does this car say about you?

    Sensible and practical and capable.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My wife, with knee issues thinks it's too low - but she drives an '01 Agila which is very high. But the comfort of the Agila is an issue on long runs - whereas the Honda is more appropriate.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes, it's robust and reliable. Returns 10 miles per litre in summer and 9 in winter. Whilst there may be more economical motors around - the savings would not cover the extra cost. Other than brakes/tyres/exhaust nothing has needed to be done in 4 years.

What are you likely to buy next?

Am likely to buy a smaller car, as there's now just the 2 of us, and we don't need the extra fold-down space.
