What does this car say about you?

The red Type R is a little lairy, may suggest boy racer but it's a great car and people who know about cars understand the pedigree on the Type R badge.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They love it, especially the interior and are usually surprised at the acceleration.

Would you buy this car again and why?

I have read that the new Type R will be a 5 door 1.6 so will be subject to review before I consider. Would definitely buy another hot hatch, perhaps the 2013 Golf GTI.

330d or Golf GTI.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Received a good deal on the trade in of my old Alfa GT. Dealer wouldn't budge on price, however I thought it was fair for Honda Used Approved.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Always wanted one.

What was the dealer like?

Friendly and helpful, even repaired the alloy I scuffed on the test drive for free!!

What's it like to drive?

Incredible, best thing I have driven, grips the road and VTEC is great.

What's it like to park?

Easy.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing, Honda living up to reliability so far.

What's most practical about your car?

Size and acceleration. Can easily accomodate tall friends in the back.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

All good. Cruise control is a good option on the motorways and helps keep mpg reasonable. Oh and VTEC of course.
