Best 4x4 to buy 2nd hand in Malaysia.

Servicing not too bad, but of course drinks a bit of juice.

Driving
Great driving position, good power steering means it feels like a big car.
Performance
Known to be a great workhorse but that hides a car with great pull, especially uphill. Will cruise on the highway at well over speed limit. Acceleration so-so.

Reliability
Sadly, electrics went wrong in a bad way. Engine fire caused by battery, roasted entire engine compartment!! Sad sight afterwards.

Comfort
Long distances are a breeze. Malaysian roads are made for 4x4s - the trooper loves them. No pain, no tiredness after 6 hours!
