What does this car say about you?

Average family man with large taste who likes to off road now and then. Got it stuck off road once and had to be pulled out by a mates defender ( Oh the shame ) Fitted BF Goodrich tyres all round after that now she is unstoppable with comfort. I only miss the diff lock for serious mud but the extra power and every day reliability make up for it all the way.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They prefer it to the previous disco but some feel the shape is a little dated but once they have been a passenger they much prefer to landy!

Would you buy this car again and why?

No, only because they no longer make it and I want a newer car. Possibly consider a 05 Insignia auto with low milage at the right price.

What are you likely to buy next?

Top of the range Toyota Landcruiser Amazon if I can dip the wifes liquid gold account.

Average deal. OK prive for disco trade in above average price for trooper but excellent condition citaion with low mileage

Better build quality than trade in land rover for better price

Not as lux as a landcruiser but better than a disco lots of power for its size with limited body role.

BIGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Only one fault with 4 x 4 drive which was a previous mechanics error not refitting a cur clip correctley all work covered by extended warrenty given with the vehical so no expence to me which was good as final bill was £700+

What's most practical about your car?

The size is great much more internal room for dog, kids and oh yes the wife!!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

electric folding mirrors great on tight country lanes with close contact with tractors either Chelsea or real ones!! also a/c is best I've had and heated seats top notch in winter or an aching back.
