Summary
What does this car say about you?
Prefers a refined ride and luxury to out and out speed and image - ie.not following the BMW crowd. This car can surprise you so I would recommend any potential buyer of the main German three, to at least give it a try.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They appear to love it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Absolutely - I can't think of another car that can offer so much for so little, especially used ones.
What are you likely to buy next?
Probably another but I plan to keep this for a few years so its too early to tell.

Yes - I don't think I could have done better buying privately
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted a quiet, comfortable drive with lots of creature comforts that other cars didn't seem to offer.
What was the dealer like?
Brilliant. Polite, efficient, and seemed to really want my business without being pushy. Of all the different car dealerships I've dealt with over the years (and there have been quite a few), these were by far the best.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fantastic. Not the quickest but plenty enough for the type of car. If cruising at 70 in fifth gear and need to overtake, you don't really have to change down a gear, just press and throttle and off you go. The torque really impressed me.
What's it like to park?
Pretty easy, especially with reverse sensors, but then I was driving a Kia Sedona before and that is a big vehicle

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not so far, but then I only collected it three hours ago.
What's most practical about your car?
Pretty much everything, although the rear is a bit cramped as the reviews say, but that's not a major issue. My friends 5-series doesn't feel a lot bigger.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The electric seats are great.
