Jaguar XJ Saloon (1994 - 2003) 4.0 XJR Supercharged 4d Auto Owner Review

Your tick boxes won't allow me to select my car, which is an XJR 6 (1995 M) with a manual gearbox. A great long-distance cruiser, it also packs a punch when it comes to acceleration and overtaking. Despite being 23 years old, it is more reliable than many of my colleagues' imported cars which are half the age. No surprise that Jaguar dealers were voted the best in the UK last year - and the one I use (Guy Salmon of Northampton) was top of all the Jaguar dealers. It has only let me down twice - once because the previous owner fitted a part wrong and once because the battery gave up the ghost. You won't find a foreign car of that age and mileage to match that !! Everyone dreams of owning a Jaguar - and this is a great one at modest price.
