Jeep Grand Cherokee review

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

Let’s start with the positives: This is a large vehicle and seats five adults comfortably - that’s about it. This vehicle is our third Jeep and will be our last. The whole experience is ruined as it’s just shockingly unreliable. We’ve had a majority of the vehicle replaced, including 2 batteries, starter motor, keys, alternator, alarm system, pcm module etc.. The car spends more time in the garage than it does on our drive. Even to the extent that our local dealership won’t service the vehicle. Jeep Customer services seem to exist solely to reject any requests for assistance to remedy issues, staffed by managers that won’t talk to customers. All parts seem to be walked over from Italy and therefore take weeks to arrive. Unless you enjoy the sight of tow trucks, I’d avoid Jeep.

How reliable do you find the car?

Doesn’t like to spend too much time away from tow trucks and dealerships.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

For the price I’d expect the build quality to be much better, I’ve seen airfix models last longer.
