Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

It's small with a high ride position. Nice thick steering wheel. Light to drive although the brakes are way too over power assisted which can make for uncomfortably jolts when braking. The diesel model I test drove did not have this issue. I find it quiet perhaps as it's petrol. Dislike the built in Sat Nav which takes forever to start, so long that I have given up and used Google maps on my phone. The luggage space is small and I tend to leave rear seats down often. I don't like the DDSG gearbox as when reversing and coming across an obstacle, say a kerb, you cannot build up the power whilst covering with the brake as it will cut the engine and you are left looking like a total novice driver. Also rolls back on inclines. Very poor petrol consumption, average 26mpg and a small petrol tank. Headlight are nothing more than average. All that said I do like the car. Prefer driving it to the equivalent VW of Ford which I have driven. Were I to buy another I would go for the 170 BHP diesel 4x4.

How reliable do you find the car?

Occasional hesitation when accelerating from standstill. Oh, terrible axle tramp from the front wheels when you do push hard on pulling away.

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Dislike the DDSG gearbox. Impossible to reverse against an obstacle like a kerb. Engine has terribly little torque. Not enough power to overtake on a motorway safely.
