I've had no problems, so very reliable.

People definitely take notice - very swish looking for the image conscious.
Comfort
Fairly comfortable, but for the more petite person having the seat close to the pedals causes the knees to get bruised quite a bit!

Alarm as standard and can fit tracking - secure as anything else, but if they want it I guess they'll take it!

Manufacturer not too bad, but dealer dreadful. Mind you, manufacturer no help when having problems with dealer or in getting parts that were paid for but not fitted.
