In their own words

For a young family with pushchair, friends coming home for tea etc it is perfect. It is very comfortable and perfect for family holidays. We have driven ours to southern Spain and all around France and had enough space with 2 kids without a roof box. It is good to drive and the 2.0 petrol engine has loads of torque. Don't underestimate the benefit of sliding rear doors! The rear shocks fail on all of them but can be replaced easily DIY with a socket set and axle stands. Rust will kill it before anything mechanical, which is a shame. Fuel consumption is ok for a big petrol car. Any savings from buying the diesel will be blown out of the water when (not if!) It self-destructs. The petrol engines are a bit crude but very robust - chain-driven so no expensive cambelt changes. A great choice for a family on a realistic budget.
