In their own words

I love this car, at least for now, I've only had it a few weeks. I don't find it cramped, the fit and finish are excellent, it is supremely comfortable. I like the external looks and the manual gearbox is a delight. Bearing in mind I also own 2 very fast sports cars, the performance is non too shabby and for an SUV it handles quite well. The cruise control is quick and simple compared to my last Toyota. I really like the central screen controller and the Bose sound system is excellent. Rotating controls are far superior to push buttons and a proper hand brake is really good as are the brakes in general. The "boot" is good and the load area, with rear seats down is nice and flat. The heads up display is really good, especially since it gives the current speed limit.....more often than not, presumably from the Sat Nav mapping, which is not that currant! As is often the case with other manufacturers, it is something of a disappointment that a top of the range model still has an extensive options list. Not too keen on the I-stop, although it works seamlessly I just don't like the concept and it's a bit too quick in activation, I switch it off......when I remember! The sat nav up-dates are far from up to date and entries are tedious to make. I still have to use it in anger so don't know how well it functions. It would be good to have a central cubby rather than an open "thing" with a bit of plastic in it!! The reversing camera is a little "off", but that's something I will mention to the dealer at some time. Altogether very happy, so far!
