I did get a good deal, the reason for this is because I received a lowly-mileaged car at a low price and it's also a beautiful car.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

I was specifically looking for a car that would be cost efficient, with the main view on the insurance because I was a new and very young driver. The Mercedes A140 provided just than the for me, my insurance quotes were a lot cheaper than the previous quotes I had received for other cars.

    What's it like to drive?

The car is very nice to drive, the gears are smooth and easy to change. The clutch is soft and easy to use and the car is decently-sized and easy to maneuver. The car can travel up steep hills in the third gear and doesn't waste much petrol. It drives well on the motorway and there is very minimal engine noise when you are in the 5th gear. The car is also quite efficient on fuel, very recently, I put £30 of fuel into the car and travelled to and from a far away city which is 50 miles away, which is a total of 100 miles and I used roughly about £15 of fuel!

    What's it like to park?

The car is a medium sized hatchback, it is very easy to park and maneuver, it also has electric mirrors that are easily adjustable from the dashboard and these help with parking in tight and difficult spaces.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Throughout my ownership of the vehicle I have not faced many problems with it, a major problem that I had with it was; that the key disconnected from the car's computer and activated the immobiliser and to resolve this problem, I had to purchase a new key from a Mercedes dealership for £200. Apart from that everything in and on the car has functioned well for me.

What's most practical about your car?

The most practical thing about the car is the amount of space that it has, although it is a 1.4L hatchback, it can still carry 5 adults comfortably and the boot space also has quite a lot of room. The rear seats can also easily be detached ti create more space for extra luggage.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

My favourite accessory that's on the car is the electric mirrors that you can adjust from the dashboard, so when you are parking in difficult places, you can adjust the mirrors to assist you and help you to park.
