In their own words

Mercedes dealers look down their noses at you as a private individual and could not explain why it needed new discs on the front at 20000 miles even though the original pads were not worn out. The car itself is brilliant, large inside whilst compact outside, solid build, great safety, however a hard ride and uncomfortable seats are the down side, maybe I am spoilt as my other cars I have owned over the same period were Volvo and Saab who really understand seat comfort. As stated the worst part of owning a Mercedes is the dealer experience, they love company car owners who don’t have the audacity to question them on their actions which is why I will not buy another Mercedes.
