What does this car say about you?

It says 'my other car is an Alfa Romeo!' and this is for commuting :). The A Class is like a SAAB, popular with designers and architects.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Surprised by how big it is inside. I'm told its too expensive for a small car but you pay for quality - nothing breaks, nothing rattles, everything looks like it did new except the cloth on the seats.

Would you buy this car again and why?

No! New A Class is ugly and soulless copy of BMW 1 Series.

VW Golf.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Good on price - negotiated hard.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Replacement of previous model.

What was the dealer like?

Poor. Didn't do things on time. Didn't check that tool kit, spare wheel were present.

What's it like to drive?

Very quiet. Brakes are poor - don't give any confidence although they do work. Cruise control/speed limiter is good on motorways. Tiptronic is not easy to drive with as you can't hear the engine.

What's it like to park?

Easy. Good all round visibility, small overhangs although the car is wider than you think.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Air con leaks. Seats are hard to keep clean.

What's most practical about your car?

Great for city driving. Easy to drive, easy to park.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Bluetooth for phone.
