In their own words

I ordered my car early March 2019 and was told there would be a 12 week wait, was kept informed by the dealership but towards then end I was making the calls as 12 weeks came and went and finally got into my car mid August. The handover went well and had some nice Mercedes gifts and a full tank of fuel due to the time I had to wait. As this is the sport model, I was shocked by the size of the 2 7in screens and the fact I couldn't see the rev counter as well as the speedometer, but you do get used to it Mbux system is good however if you mention or say anything that resembles mercesdes the voice activated kicks in. Seats are very comfortable and a good driving position, I needed this due to lower back issues, and have no issues getting in and out. The remote tailgate is a godsend, however a word of warning if you have the keys in your pocket and you bend into the boot it will close and has caught me a.fes times, but apart from that it's a nice standard feature. Car has had 1st service, and again no issues with dealership. My only disappointment is that this is a renault engine and with the auto box can be sluggish and slow to get away from junctions, but have found if you use the paddle shifts you have more control, not what I expected when you buy a Mercedes, if I wanted a Renault I.would have bought a captur. I have another 20 months to go before I can change, will I buy another one maybe but will look at the Amg and a better speced version next time.
