Nice comfy car to be chauffeured around in.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No. Not unless there was a manual box option, which rules out MB for future purchases really...
What are you likely to buy next?
Possibly a Subaru wagon, or maybe a 300c. I could perhaps live with an auto for something slow and sedate.

I wanted a fast machine to carry bikes in.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Blisteringly fast if you want to. 60mph can come up in under 5 seconds. However, the auto box (as with any auto box- I am NOT an auto fan) can dampen the experience. The shift is faster than non AMG models, but you still drive through a torque converter.
What's it like to park?
Easy with good visibility, and the parktronic sensors are great.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Crankshaft position sensor- but then this Bosch part has failed on other cars I have had too. I don't blame Merc. C class of this era tend to get rust bubbles.
What's most practical about your car?
Fast, effortless tourer.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Supercharged 3.2! Comand system is good and useful.
